With a mission to create an unforgettable experience that no restaurant or fast food

could ever provide. Le Bao gurus Jessica & Laetitia live for good quality food, and

want to be part of the new generation of street food heroes!

Both Jessica and Laetitia have have lived in several countries across the globe, and

some of the best food we tasted has been on the streets. We are passionate for

food, and want to share this passion with the world (well, at least start in the UK! J ).

They have even been to Taiwan to search for the most traditional and unforgettable

Bao and hopes to bring back the flavor to foodies in London.

Their menu is edgy and focused, featuring a selection of 5 Gua Baos stuffed with

popular international sensations – such as the Mexican chicken tinga, the French

raclette, the Taiwanese pork belly , the Greek lamb and the Moroccan meatless

option. Even Taiwanese visitors were amazed at their tasty fusion versions of

Taiwanese Bao!

Le Bao serves up a modern twist on the traditional Taiwanese Bao (a street food

staple made from a fluffy soft steamed bun sliced open and filled with braised meat).

Their buns are made with soy milk and stuffed with a variety of fresh and bold

ingredients. Menu offerings are inspired by our favourite cuisines with a modern

flare.

Feed yourself with their tasty and juicy baos at EAT LONDON STREET FESTIVAL 2016

and embrace yourself with the fluffy little steam buns!
